Service Description

Disclaimer: Acceptance of this Bridal Trial appointment is contingent upon the Loctician's availability for your Big Day. CONGRATULATIONS on your engagement! Now its time to start preparing for your Big Day! This is a two-part service: The Consultation can be conducted virtually prior to attending your scheduled service. Please email: laseaunc@loveonyourlocs.com for this option. In this consultation we will discuss your style ideas, loc needs, and other specifications to ensure that you receive a signature look for your big day. The Service: You will receive a Loc maintenance service with style according to your specifications on the desired look. A maximum of three (3) styles will be shown. Should there be a need for enhancements (extensions, hair pieces, etc) you will be provided with options to consider. If you have head pieces, loc jewelry that you want featured within your style please bring them with you to your appointment. Recommendations: It is recommended that this service be conducted at least six (6) months prior to your wedding date.

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before it begins. Keep in mind that all deposits and payments received are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. If you are a “no call/no show” or cancel the day of your reserved session you have forfeited your deposit and all payments received for that scheduled service. When booking a consultation for services please keep in mind that this does not guarantee an automatic acceptance for a newly scheduled reservation. Acceptance or cancellations of ANY reservation is determined upon the Suite Owner's discretion. It is the CLIENT'S responsibility to book the CORRECT service. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation and no refund or transference of the deposit. Each service has a detailed description along with maintenance frequency recommendation to assist you in selecting the appropriate service. If you are unsure as to which service to select, please send a message to the chat box on the website. Same day cancellations will result in a "50% of service" cancellation fee which will be automatically charge to the card number on file. If there is not a card on file you will receive an invoice for the cancellation fee. If this invoice goes unpaid, you will not be permitted to future bookings with Styles By LaSeaun. “No Show” clients will also NOT be permitted. If you need to reschedule your reservation, please send a message via the chat on the Spaces by Wix app. Bookings can only be rescheduled once and must be done within 30 days of the originally scheduled service. SPACES by Wix It is recommended that all clients must download the Spaces by Wix app to receive updates and special announcements. This app always easy access to all that Styles By LaSeaun has to offer. Once downloaded, create a members profile to better access all functionalities. All communications, scheduling, payments and purchasing of products can be done through the app. Please see FAQ page for all other policies and information.
