Service Description
Prices are listed below. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. Deposit goes towards the remaining balance. All deposits are to be paid via square invoice which is sent via email. Extensions are provided in three (3) lengths: neck length, arm-pit length & mid-back length. Prices vary depending on size/width and color options, please read details below. Loc Extensions are created with 100% human hair in the “natural” color. Color options are available at an additional cost. During your consultation you will confirm the size, parting, length, color choice and enhancements that you desire. Changes cannot be made once service install has been scheduled. When booking you will be required to complete the "Loc Extension" Waiver form. Services will not be rendered without this step being completed. Service Time for Installs: please be prepared for an 8-16 hour day. If determined that service will take additional time, please prepare for a 2-3 day service. Lunch is provided for the first day ONLY. Final Payment is due in the form of CASH ONLY on the first day of service. Cancelation Policy
You will not be charged if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before it begins. Keep in mind that all deposits and payments received are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. If you are a “no call/no show” or cancel the day of your reserved session you have forfeited your deposit and all payments received for that scheduled service. When booking a consultation for services please keep in mind that this does not guarantee an automatic acceptance for a newly scheduled reservation. Acceptance or cancellations of ANY reservation is determined upon the Suite Owner's discretion. It is the CLIENT'S responsibility to book the CORRECT service. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation and no refund or transference of the deposit. Each service has a detailed description along with maintenance frequency recommendation to assist you in selecting the appropriate service. If you are unsure as to which service to select, please send a message to the chat box on the website. Same day cancellations will result in a "50% of service" cancellation fee which will be automatically charge to the card number on file. If there is not a card on file you will receive an invoice for the cancellation fee. If this invoice goes unpaid, you will not be permitted to future bookings with Styles By LaSeaun. “No Show” clients will also NOT be permitted. If you need to reschedule your reservation, please send a message via the chat on the Spaces by Wix app. Bookings can only be rescheduled once and must be done within 30 days of the originally scheduled service. SPACES by Wix It is recommended that all clients must download the Spaces by Wix app to receive updates and special announcements. This app always easy access to all that Styles By LaSeaun has to offer. Once downloaded, create a members profile to better access all functionalities. All communications, scheduling, payments and purchasing of products can be done through the app. Please see FAQ page for all other policies and information.
