This service consultation package is a two (2) part service. Part 1: Personalized Consultation Our journey together begins with a comprehensive consultation designed to understand your unique loc needs, scalp condition, and growth aspirations. We'll dive deep into discussions about proven loc maintenance techniques, optimal maintenance frequencies, and chart out a strategic plan to set your locs on the path to greatness. Part 2: Luxurious Service Experience Once we've tailored the perfect plan for your locs, the transformation begins. Our all-inclusive service is a symphony of care and pampering for your hair and scalp. Indulge in an Aloe Vera Scalp Treatment with Detox Shampoo, followed by the refreshing touch of Charcoal Tea Tree Shampoo. Experience the rejuvenating power of our Moisturizing Repair Shampoo, followed by a Deep Conditioning Steam Treatment that will leave your locs feeling stronger and silkier than ever before. And that's not all! Our service goes beyond hair to soothe your soul. Enjoy a blissful Scalp Massage that will melt away your worries, a precise Trim to maintain your locs' shape, and a meticulous Loc Maintenance that will ensure they stay healthy and tidy. But we're not done yet – we'll crown your experience with a Style that showcases your locs' natural beauty, leaving you feeling confident and radiant. DISCLAIMER: If it is discovered during the consultation that extensive repairs or restorations are needed please note that you will be rescheduled for a Loc Restoration & Repair Service.

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before it begins. Keep in mind that all deposits and payments received are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. If you are a “no call/no show” or cancel the day of your reserved session you have forfeited your deposit and all payments received for that scheduled service. When booking a consultation for services please keep in mind that this does not guarantee an automatic acceptance for a newly scheduled reservation. Acceptance or cancellations of ANY reservation is determined upon the Suite Owner's discretion. It is the CLIENT'S responsibility to book the CORRECT service. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation and no refund or transference of the deposit. Each service has a detailed description along with maintenance frequency recommendation to assist you in selecting the appropriate service. If you are unsure as to which service to select, please send a message to the chat box on the website. Same day cancellations will result in a "50% of service" cancellation fee which will be automatically charge to the card number on file. If there is not a card on file you will receive an invoice for the cancellation fee. If this invoice goes unpaid, you will not be permitted to future bookings with Styles By LaSeaun. “No Show” clients will also NOT be permitted. If you need to reschedule your reservation, please send a message via the chat on the Spaces by Wix app. Bookings can only be rescheduled once and must be done within 30 days of the originally scheduled service. SPACES by Wix It is recommended that all clients must download the Spaces by Wix app to receive updates and special announcements. This app always easy access to all that Styles By LaSeaun has to offer. Once downloaded, create a members profile to better access all functionalities. All communications, scheduling, payments and purchasing of products can be done through the app. Please see FAQ page for all other policies and information.
