Service Description
Disclaimer: IF YOU ARE A TRANSFER CLIENT (meaning you already have locs) PLEASE STOP, GO BACK TO THE SERVICE MENU AND SCHEDULE THE "TRANSFER CLIENT SERVICE PACKAGE"!!! *All consultations must be held in-person before a new service reservation can be confirmed. If you are an "out-of-state" client you will be required to attend two (2) consultations: the virtual consult and the "day-of-service" consult (fee is added to the remaining balance of scheduled service; please refer to FAQ for further information). Service Details: During your consultation, you will be provided with information about the various methods of starting and maintaining your micro locs. Tester micro locs (two-strand twist, interlocks, and braid locs) will be administered to your hair. All questions about your desired service will be answered during the consultation. When attending this consultation please come with your hair in it's most natural state (product free). Note: Consultations do not guarantee immediate scheduling. Please DO NOT schedule ANY appointments until you have attended & completed your consultation appointment.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY Deposits and payments received are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. If you are a “no call/no show” or cancel the day of your reserved session you have forfeited your deposit and all payments received for that scheduled service. When booking a consultation for services please keep in mind that this does not guarantee an automatic acceptance for a newly scheduled reservation. Acceptance or cancellations of ANY reservation is determined upon the Suite Owner's discretion. It is the CLIENT'S responsibility to book the CORRECT service. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation and no refund or transference of the deposit. Each service has a detailed description along with maintenance frequency recommendation to assist you in selecting the appropriate service. If you are unsure as to which service to select, please send a message to the chat box on the website. CANCELLATION POLICY Same day cancellations will result in a "50% of service" cancellation fee which will be automatically charge to the card number on file. If there is not a card on file you will receive an invoice for the cancellation fee. If this invoice goes unpaid, you will not be permitted to future bookings with Love On Your Locs. “No Show” clients will also NOT be permitted. If you need to reschedule your reservation, please send a message via the chat on the Spaces by Wix app. Bookings can only be rescheduled once and must be done within 30 days of the originally scheduled service. NEW PAYMENT POLICY Due to recent incidents involving dishonest clients, it has become necessary to implement a new initiative to ensure the smooth operation of services. Effective April 16,2024, all payments must be made in full at the BEGINNING of your service appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Balances over $300 MUST be paid via cash or Zelle ONLY. SPACES by Wix It is recommended that all clients must download the Spaces by Wix app to receive updates and special announcements. This app always easy access to all that Love On Your Locs has to offer. Once downloaded, create a members profile to better access all functionalities. All communications, scheduling, payments and purchasing of products can be done through the app. Please see FAQ page for all other policies and information.
